New Year, New Brand: Announcing Our 4&2 Rebrand and Website

2021 is already set to be an exciting year here at Serious Interiors. We’re kicking off the new year with the unveiling of our new brand and website. After starting the company a couple of years ago, we decided that it was time to freshen up the look with a rebrand. Here’s a quick breakdown on it and why we decided to make the change.

Why We Rebranded

Since we started Serious Interiors together in 2019, we’ve been extremely fortunate to work with a wealth of customers across a variety of sectors. With more than 30 years of collective experience, we wanted to bring a hands-on, honest approach to the sector.

Now that we are established and work with loyal customers in the South Yorkshire region and further afield, we were ready to refresh our brand and visual identity. Additionally, while our original website was informative, we wanted a page that better represented our skill set, our values, and the route we see Serious Interiors taking in the future.

To define our new brand, we teamed up with Sheffield-based 4&2 (brand, marketing & communications creative agency). The team initially worked on our brand, values, and mission before moving onto the visual rebrand and a whole new website. We are now excited to unveil the finished results.

New Visual Identity

To align with our rebrand, we needed a new visual identity. Before now, we had been using our original Serious Interiors logo and brand colours. While this identity was an excellent starting point, we believed it was time to refine the overall aesthetic.

With that in mind, the team at 4&2 designed an entirely new logo and transformed the brand’s visual look and identity. The refinement of the brand and visuals reflects our new values. We believe that the new look showcases our business in the best light.

Our Values & Mission

At Serious Interiors, our mission has always been to deliver quality work and build a loyal customer base. However, we wanted to simplify this ethos and come up with brand values that suited our business. We worked alongside the team at 4&2 to define our core set of values and come up with a mission statement that clearly translated our goals.

We believe that our new set of values reflect our brand ethos and the message that we want to share with customers. Our main aim is to leave a lasting impression on every customer with the quality work we provide each time. We are now able to encapsulate that idea and bring it to life through a strong set of values and a mission statement.

Website Relaunch

Needless to say, to go alongside our new brand, we wanted to launch a new website. Previously, our site had given relevant information to our customer base and acted as a touch-point for users. However, we wanted to expand its reach and functionality, creating a page that offers more detailed insights, resources, and support.

When the rebrand was complete, the team at 4&2 shifted their focus to the Serious Interiors website. We decided on a multi-page site that also provided an easy-to-use experience for visitors. The site would also utilise the new visual identity and convey our newly established messaging. Our new site is now live and we’re pleased with the results.

Now that we are in the new year, we’re excited to look ahead and continue working with our loyal customers. We’re pleased with our rebrand and the new company website, both of which mark our dedication to offering immaculate work to all of our clients.
